Privacy

The controller of your personal data is VRC Modeling, an independent fashion agency based in Milan and Monaco.

Inquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company and the content of your message, together with any model names, dates or locations you choose to share. General inquiries are delivered to info@vrcmodeling.com; bookings, campaigns and collaborations to bookings@vrcmodeling.com.

Model applications. When you apply we receive your name, email address, phone number, where you live, date of birth, height, any measurements you give, eye and hair colour, Instagram handle, portfolio link, the introduction you write, and the photographs you upload. For applicants under 18, we also receive the parent or guardian’s name, relationship, email address and phone number, and their consent.

Photographs are reduced in size in your browser before they are sent, which also removes hidden information such as the location where they were taken.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. To protect the forms from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, and we keep short-lived, anonymised counters of form submissions. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

We use inquiry details to reply to you and to prepare any booking or collaboration you ask about.

We use application details and photographs, with your consent (and, for applicants under 18, the consent of a parent or guardian), to assess whether we can represent you and to contact you about it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

We accept online applications from the age of 14. Applicants under 18 must apply with a parent or legal guardian, who gives their consent in the form and receives a copy of the confirmation. We contact under-18 applicants only through their parent or guardian, and we ask that their photographs are taken by a parent or guardian and show everyday clothing.

Applications and photographs are stored privately in our database and file storage with Cloudflare, located in the European Union. They are never published and can be viewed only by authorised agency staff after signing in.

Your data is shared only with the service providers that run this website and deliver its messages — Cloudflare (hosting, storage and spam protection), Resend (sending the website’s emails) and Google Workspace (our mailboxes) — under agreements that protect it. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union under the European Commission’s approved safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting work.

Applications and their photographs are deleted automatically 6 months after our last update to them, or straight away if you withdraw. Photos uploaded for an application that is never sent are deleted automatically within 24 hours. If we go on to represent you, we keep the information needed for that relationship.

Withdrawing. The confirmation email you receive after applying contains a link to withdraw and permanently delete your application yourself. You can also write to info@vrcmodeling.com.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali; in Monaco, the Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles.
